learn more about it , buy an english translated authentic quran and go through it. you never know what could happen , maybe you understand it and feel it and maybe you dont but at the end of the day you feel that you did try. good luck

Listening to this beautiful recitation made me consider removing all the music I've collected over the years.I myself try to recite suratul Mulk every night,now I can't sleep unless I recite it. Made me more composed as a person. It is hard to get rid of bad habits but if we are willing enough nothing is impossible. Knowing that the Almighty, the Omnipotent is there for me is enough to go on with life. Whoever is reading this may Allah bless you all with barakah and I hope you all will pray for me as well.

You have to do roqya to remove evil spirit shayatines around you because mental health is often due to evil spirit Because evil spirit feed themselves with emotions like sadness or angry And they will not leave you until you protect your body and your soul with Quran because Quran destroy them but it s not in one time only May Allah give you strengt to fight to recover

SUBHAN ALLAH WA BIHAMDIHI MEANING In Arabic this is written: 💚 سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ Transliteration: Subhan Allah Wa Bihamdihi The meaning of Subhanallahi Wa-Bihamdihi is "Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, (and) Allah, the Greatest is free from imperfection" What are the benefits of reciting Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi It is the means to get sins forgiven, no matter what quantity. Reciting Subhanallahi Wa Bihamdihi not only erases the sins but also increases the rewards abundantly, it is a two-way benefit. We don't really know how many sins we make each day, knowingly or unknowingly.
