Are you sure that you place a 'green' tile on top of a 'yellow' tile? Or is it actually you substitute the 'yellow' tile for the 'green tile (thus allowing the recycling of 'yellow' tiles)?

That was a goof and it was already noted in the Klingon Subtitles that Kim asked to be turned on to see on screen when she goofs up... there were some other small mistakes you missed if you didn't turn them on

Whey you upgrade the tile to green, doesn't the yellow tile go back into stock? @Rahdo
