Yes specialty built car for US military. Don't know for sure but my best guess is that they ship without detonator's. This is how most munitions are transported with common carrier.

@@petermenningen338 There was even a speciality disguised set of rail cars designed to function as a launching platform. There's a documentary somewhere on youtube I watched about it where one of the engineers talked about pulling it.
