A drizzly day at Thionville station, also the locomotive depot. Plenty of variety!

Beau souvenir... Merci...

I did some trainspotting there 10 years later and a lot has changed. A very enjoyable video. Amazing variety. Treasure.

Great movie from some great typical 90's train material! Thanks for making it! I really enjoyed watching it. Greetings from the Netherlands, Antal (kippenlijntje)

Most enjoyable to watch. I spent just over 2 hours there this morning, and would have been happy if it had been a quarter as interesting as it obviously was on your day. It was at least dry today, but I would have put up with torrential rain in exchange for some more 'classic' traction and a few more freights!

@lap158 Thank you. I really enjoyed my visit there, even though the weather was drizzly rain. But delighted to see lots of locos which are no longer around, especially the Crocodiles.

It is the same over much of Europe, modernisation has removed many of the interesting locomotives and the variety. It was a very good day at the station and around the depot.

There was very good variety that day at Thionville. All we have now in the UK are the dreaded class 66's. You also now have some. :(

great video, 5*! Compare it to my two Thionville videos from 2002 and 2008 ... and you will see that A LOT has changed today!
