I like the idea of war fragments, but it may be a good idea to have some non-raiding related items also cost war fragments. Otherwise, there is still no incentive to go raid, because you only use the reward for stuff that you need for raiding.

The game's looking really fun so far! You did a great job pin-pointing potential gameplay issues/exploits and implementing/modifying mechanics to fix them and keep the game fun and challenging! Nice work :) I've also been creating devlogs and gamedev content, and exploring this corner of KZread has been a blast! You could add special people to your village that would get tasks done faster, like an extra baker or a lumberjack

Possibly laziness, but you could add a hard mode to the raids. In Shadow Fight 2, you could turn on an eclipse (aka the hard mode button) to allow for replaying of some events for more or better rewards. You could do something similar here for minimal effort, where you boost the raid stats but they give better rewards. How complex this gets is up to you, like whether or not there are more enemies or the sprites change as well as the stats

I think an insentive to do raids and level up your vikings could be to cull other tribes. If you don't do raids for too long, you get raided instead. And if you haven't leveled your vikings, that means you eventually just get curb-stomped.

I think you could do something like everdale, with the ability to use the war fragments for a short boost to all activities your Vikings are doing. Cool vid by the way!

I saw this game advertised and thought worse case scinerio its fake and downloaded it an di was not expecting a great game BUT YOU DELIVERED no ads, free to play, fun, lots of porgression and i decided to look it up to see if it has traction and saw your channel new subscriber!

bro i think those decorations need to make an effect for example: the cow statue with an $ symbol on the side of its belly can give you the effect that will increase how much money you'll get while you can build things more faster.

1) I like the idea of war fragments. The incentive to raid is now higher because we need them to create gear. That's awesome! 2) Idk if this was already the idea, but procedurally randomizing raids could make there infinite amount. And completing each one will give you random rewards.

For abilities you should make the curse effect scramble the enemies abilities. For example: fire or burn arrow or whatever from the archer wouldn't inflict burn if the archer had curse on them

But, if you don't want to raid, it's the same scenario: For now, you only need the war fragments for upgrades and gears related to the raids, am I wrong? So I think there will be more usefull if these shards become part of the expansion of your village, too.

Can you add flowers for decoration. and maybe some mini game to speed up farming or other things you have to wait for, like giving plants water

You could make the raid enemy's difficulty based on the strength of the viking, and basically make raids procedural and infinity scalability

Very cool! But I do think some things have to be expensive so people dont go to far out inmedially. Some items have to be more expensiever than others.. like cool rare stuff are harder to get than just basic items..

You should definitely be able to purchase wild animals that you can you can later trapped and domesticated. Like to be with you in battle or to go hunt for you.

The healing takes to mutch make them heal over time and food stil heals cause now I need to play every hour to cook vood

But I wish the Vikings didn't have level caps I don't understand why they do have them

So what else are people doing in this game. I figure a game about Vikings would mostly surround raiding. Everything you changed seems like it will work. Good way to encourage people to raid.
