RAID: 0, 1,5, 6, 01, & 10
RAID stands for Redundant Array of Independent Disks. RAID is a data storage technology, which uses striping, mirroring, or parity to store data. RAID technology combines multiple physical disks into a single logical unit. RAID has many different levels for different purposes.
Today I will talk about six levels of RAID: RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 1+0(RAID 10), and RAID 0+1.

Aw, Sunny 🌞 my favorite cyber-teacher . I pray I become as knowledgeable as you .
Sunny, your videos are always as clear as the sun
As usual very informative video, so amazing!
Incredibly well explained. Thanks!
Great explanation. I striped my two main work drives so I have 4TB of M.2 performance from the MoBo. Then I mirror that to 3ea 870Evo 4TB Striped SATA SSD's that also hold archival material. That is all backed up to an 870QVC 8TB with overflow going to a 1TB 870EVO. I've got another 8TB coming over now that I broke past the 6.5TB range of data and having to reduce my . I'll stripe the two of them as they tend to run a bit slow. I also back all of that onto a 6TB and 8TB HDD drive that I'd swap out weekly ... but now I am close to exceeding the 8TB size limit and the 6TB can't hold everything anymore. So I'll split those two to handle it all and also use a new 16TB Toshiba HDD (when I order it) to use to back up to so that I have one copy on HDD offsite always.

Sunny thanks so much for explaining
Very easy to understand! Thanks a lot! :)
perfect 🌹🙏🌹 brief and advanced explanation
Very Clear. Thank You
Hi sunny ...I appreciate about your efforts ..thanks
I was told our shiny new AS/400 was a RAID-5 system when we took delivery of it and installed it in September 1989. Feb 4 1991 we had a head crash. It was a RAID-0 system - I spent 2 days recovering (36 hours straight without sleep) using my system and data backups after the replacement drive was flown in from half the continent away.
thank you sunny!!
Very good explained, thank you very much!
Excellent Sir, Thank you, carry on
Thanks
Amazing as ever, this guy is smart and Genius and works so Hard, that Hard topics are explained very well and made easily understandable.Well Done.👍
Amazing video
sunny class the best !!
hello Sir, according to the topology of RAID 10 its two group , raid 1 and raid 1 in this case, if one of these two raid group fail data will be lost right?
RAID 0+1 and RAID 1+0 seem to be more or less the same. What is the advantage of having the stripe or the mirror at the lower or upper level? I was planning to implement RAID 1+0 for a new media server that I'm setting up and I am trying to determine if there is any functional difference.
Please I want a video on network monitoring
Thank you Sunny! So what is the different between RAID 01 & RAID 10? Thanks

Sir how we get hash value of any Facebook account with mobile I don't have computer Please give me answer

Some can and some cant.depends about the type of chip.I will be running 6 nvme m.2 ssds in raid 10 for about 28Gbs.
