As an apolitical Indian Iam sure bjp govt was a failure on many issues but still I feel Modi is the best PM of Independent India. India is a very complex, poor and challenging country. Its impossible to show and achieve "success" in EVERY sphere simultaneously in a span of 5 yrs or even 10 yrs. For example it takes 12 years to create a good skillful educated individual that's ready for employment that meets challenges of 21st century that is witnessing technological innovations such as Chat-GPT. Another example is it takes ~5+ years for a given industrial policy from its inception to formulation, approval, announcement, commencement, investments and then finally employment and then resulting in exports, increase in GDP etc. Congress has been hearding goats for 65 years.
