Ksanati, couldn't agree more about your interpretation of your Ketu in the 9th in D-9. I have mine in Jyeshta at 29 degrees 23min and can resonate with your spiritual journey across Judaism and Hinduism. I spent my entire life shaping my own spiritual philosophy which spanned across abrahamic and indic faiths. The divine's light is one and each spiritual path may guide you at different stages of your growth. Perhaps my house being filled with spiritual items from my rosaries, to my rudraksh mala, paintings of shiv krishna and lakshmi, and a statue of Buddha are a testament to that :-)

@White_sky_happiness I'm sure Ksanati ji will shed light on your question but just wanted to share some thoughts as I have my ascendant in gandanta in Jyeshta in my D-1. So very prominent Jyeshta energy overall. My impression would be that Rahu may bring about some of the material energies of Indra or Jyeshta, the resilience and perseverance that I feel all Jyeshtas have. But the difference may be that the focus on power and the material side were always muted for me due to the Ketu in D-9 effect. So I naturally had these things but didn't obsess about them much and the elder spiritual energy was always instinctively there even as a child. I suspect Rahu may make you work for it a bit more as it is newer energy for you.

You can understanding the different octaves of any division chart by using math either multiplicity or basic adding. For instance the d9 is 3x3 so the mind of the mind for 5+4 heart and mind. Both basically have to do with the astral body influence of the person. The composition of the body (avatars) karmas. D1 isnt who the person is. Is the the magnetic lessons the body is pulling in.
Ksanati sir,one query what does the axis of rahu ketu in natal chart indicate? And if exact opposite position of rahu ketu axis happens by transit !! Enlighten us on this
