I have a mental block for relationships. I am 26 years old and I have never dated anyone. I like the idea of romance, like to read fluffy romance novels, but in real life I don’t fall in love with guys. I don’t even have unreciprocated crushes on them. Beyond weird. I am considered a good-looking person but guys rarely approach me. Those who approach are usually creepy elder men or men of foreign ethnicity. My friends say that Guys are afraid of me, because I look like I will shut them down. To be honest, in most cases I would - guys of my age are so stupid and immature in my opinion. And narcissistic, so full of themselves. Especially in my eyes - Hello, I have Rahu in 1st and Rahu mahadasha! I'm the same case. Have same placement. I believe that's because Ketu denotes renaunciation I spiritualism. For you regular concept of relationship and marriage will never work because, you need the person with whom you have spiritual connection . If you get such person, either merry him twice or don't marry him at all but live like a couple. Then it will work

I am in a marriage with the person that has this axis. Ugh, its tiring to watch there ups and down and just know that its there own making. They are not even aware of there ego. And well, I don’t think they will get it until 50’s. I know he will have 3-4 tower moments in there lifetime. And they treat others crudely, un-intentionally bc they are not aware. Thats all I gotta say.

I have Rahu lagna. I always help people. I never knew who I was. Now I'm struggling so much in Rahu Mahadasa that I am forced to take care of myself. I just wanted to get married and take care of another but looks like I have to understand myself. I don't know who I am. I'm always changing, so confused. Sick and tired!

My spouse has Rahu in 1st house in scorpio, Ketu in 7th in Taurus with Jupiter in 4th(4th aspect on Ketu and 10th aspect on Rahu). He has been selfless, more giving to others in the beginning of marriage, then lessons were learned becos of being too charitable and now after some years in his 40s is now more balanced. He has been an emotionally bully or non supportive in beginning of marriage and in his 40s he is now more kinder, supportive to wife. Kind of like in the reverse.

This explains me I have these placements and same scropio and Taurus! I am very committed in a relationship and I give too much and get upset when I am not cared for. I do need balance I am very codependent. Thank you for writing this! I will seek this balance!

Rahu in 1st house isn't about selfishness it's more about codependency, yeah it's rebellion nature is foreign but it's generally an unhealed trauma and trauma isn't always abuse, fragmentation causes trauma as well. Moreover this video is based more on shaming people rather explaining what's the reason behind this force. Astrology isn't always cure since in my opinion it's a very limited perspective of Rahu being in 1st, the balance always comes with the acceptance not by going against ourselves and I believe integrating every part of ourselves works not condemning it.

Rightly said. It's about trauma. My boyfriend has this placement in his birth chart and he had faced a difficult childhood and developed inefficient life paradigms which is affecting his self image and relationships. He just needs some awareness about his behaviour. He is a beautiful person and I am so happy with him.❤️

I have this in my D9 chart. Been married and divorced several times, but I came to the realization that I was codependent (moon-ketu-saturn conjunction in my 4th of birth chart, 7th of D9) and typically had relationships with narcissists. I've been working on my healing and hope someday to have an actual good relationship, though I won't be rushing into any more marriages. Wealth has evaded me to this point, so rags to riches would be welcome though I've learned to be happy with less and I'm very generous, especially with my loved ones.

Dude, I'm trippin'! You just explained a huge part of my life. I have this aspect, plus a Mars-Saturn conjunction opposite my AC that's brutal and which induces thoughts that are contrary to my conscious nature. I'm seeking remedies because on top of just getting smacked down by Karma, again, these yogas, one being called the death yoga I believe, are killing me! And I'm 56...too old for all the conflict, and I can't bear anymore of the negative energy or cataclysmic events that happen so often and to such extremes, people don't believe me. Definitely paying for someone else's karma from past lives. The recent eclipses brought an abrupt end to a karmic, soulmate relationship that had served its karmic purpose... evidently. And I think they've triggered Rahu-Ketu, too, for other reasons. I'm Aquarius sun (11 degrees). My Ex is a Leo (0 degrees 47' Leo). My AC is at 29*23' of Cancer. I have Rahu in Leo and Ketu in Aquarius at 18 degrees, 1st/7th houses on my western chart, which puts my AC at the 29th degree of Cancer in the 12th house, exactly on the cusps of both Leo and the first house. Rahu-Ketu dance on the 2nd-8th house axis in a Vedic chart, and that puzzles me. I'm sure it makes a big difference!! I'd be grateful if you could explain. Mahalo

on your vedic chart use the Bhava Chalit chart to locate the planets. They are normally on the same houses as the western chart. Some vedic astrologers use the rasi chart for rasi indications only but for house cusp and placement they use the bhava chalit chart. My chalit chart fits me better thant my rasi chart. good luck.

Self notes: - I am money conscious but I do crave to buy luxurious stuffs. - as a scorpio asc, i do keep quiet a lot and talk very less. This gives me the impression that Im hiding something or have somewhat eerie of a character. - I do wonder what happiness really is sometimes. Even though ive a stable job, well respected in the community, I still dont feel gratified. - I often abandon people completely, just ghost them stupidly after making a good relation with someone. It feels suffocating when I dont get my private space.( this might be the dance effect)

In my case, somethings i agree somethings i don't of what he says, but I think you (like me) are just attracted to the ketu type lol Try see it more about what you want to achieve in the relationship (are we having the same goal) when thinking about togetherness

That's Rahu in you. ;) Some websites/software are showing me that Rahu is in my first house and some that its in 2nd. So I am really confused if I am really having Rahu in 1st house. I am like this some times but most of the times, I am not.

Hey i also have it

I have Rahu in 1st & ketu in 7th in bhav chalit chart. But I never had any relationship and didn't even think that I have to be involved anywhere. I do not have obsession for material things. I do not buy clothes, live on limited resources. Spirituality is everything to me. I am not even bothered about cars, branded things do not attract me. Stay alone, chanting, meditating. Even in the crowd am happily inward. I can create friendship definitely am friendly but I am not interested and have never been interested in marrying or getting into partnership or relationships. I am good at counselling people on their relationship issues while am single. Because it is ketu in 7th house. I am not looking for anybody to make see the light, am already the light, I share my light but that is equally given to everyone, no special one. I do not have fear of relationship rather I feel so detached that if I get into any relationship I feel I would mess up partner's life. Am quite boring to other people so I feel I won't be entertaining enough for the partner to be interested and excited. I don't want anyone to suffer because of my detachment. But then that is play of planets, whoever comes in my life, I hope I don't bore the person.
