Meet Rahand, who lives in Pflugerville, Texas.
Rahand is 20 years old and attending Austin Community College to receive a Bachelor's Degree in software development. He and his parents were forced to use public transportation to transport him. Now, because of Walking Strong and MobilityWorks, Rahand has his own van to take him to school and vital doctor appointments.
