they panic like crazy when she says she can look it up on another device. But since she wants to keep them on the phone she lets them talk her out of it.

Jacking with these jerks isn't all that easy, considering you often spend hours dealing with them. Great work, thank you!

What I love about this content is that it's good and there's so much of it. I haven't seen a vid yet that's less than 20 minutes. Personally, I feel that these scammers are victims as well of an exploitative system, but also hearing them rage is FUNNY AF! Keep up the good work!

Setting the computer not to go to sleep means they can connect to it during odd hours of the night, and depending on the remote access tool they could even send scripts to it remotely. We do something similar where I work (I work for an MSP), although we only prevent going to sleep while on AC power. We use it to apply updates and various other changes that need to happen when no one's using a computer, but the risk is there for it to be used for much more malicious purposes.
