You act as if he can control his wife with a flick of his finger, though I will be honest i'm not sure when this event took place but If past events are being referenced, it's essential to consider the context and timeline, as people can't be held accountable for actions prior to their marriage. Let's not assume he controls her past, just as he shouldn't be blamed for it. Besides even if this is true it's unfair to assume she was objectified or exploited simply because she chose to participate in the pageant. It's important to respect her agency and not make assumptions about her experiences based on limited information, as Kirk's advocacy work suggests he is committed to promoting respect and dignity for all people

LOL women in pageants aren't inherently objectified or exploited? Especially when a lot of them are groomed from childhood? The women on OF Are much more likely to have completely consented to their job and not been groomed into it. Women 18+ controlling their objectification and actually being paid directly for it is much more inherently exploitative than starting in pageants with a face full of makeup at 4yrs old /s 😂😂😂

These guys argue that "traditional" women stayed with their husbands because they were more virtuous, and "modern" women are ruined by feminism. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge that their mothers and grandmothers might've been MISERABLE in their marriages, but couldn't leave because of the institutionalized barriers against them. And then, OUT OF THE SAME MOUTH, they'll talk about getting rid of no fault divorce, getting rid of antidiscrimination laws, etc...basically anything to put those institutional barriers back in place. You know, the barriers they say never existed.

Actually part of the research that’s been done , many of these “feminist” that are now getting up there in age , have discovered that they would of much rather be in a relationship and have a family , rather than end up old , sad and alone, don’t take my word for it. Ask around for yourself , many women are wishing they would of ignore the stupid “feminist” movement (meaning the crap it has become) and wish they could of perhaps had been more submissive in a relationship and played the role

    10 күн бұрын

@@dannysolano4430 So there's research saying women regret feminism when they're older? I'd love to see that "research." Here's what you need to understand. Women don't choose to not get married because of feminism. If a woman chooses not to get married, it's because she doesn't want to be married. Women don't choose not to have children because of feminism. If a woman chooses not to have children, it's because she doesn't want children. The only role feminism plays here is that it gives women the power to CHOOSE. When they have that power, they make the choices that work best for them. Like me -- I'm a feminist. I'm also a married mother of 2 and I've been a full time homemaker for...22 years. That was my CHOICE. Sometimes people regret the choices they make. But they never regret having the right to make choices. No woman, not ONE, chose to remind childless because feminism told them to. Because feminism doesn't tell them to. If you don't get that, then maybe you need to "ask around" yourself. If you find a single woman who wanted to get married and have kids but didn't because of feminism, I'll eat my hat.

Not implicitly that it's their fault, the one committing the act makes that decision, but that by wearing less they will put themselves at risk. Be it because others think that more promiscuous clothing is a sign that they don't respect themselves and makes them less likely to fight back or for the simple fact that less clothing might turn said wrongdoers on. Either way it's not the woman's fault, but they are setting themselves up for failure. Especially in places with a high crime rate.

The host of Whatever podcast is 39, he’s never been married, and has no kids. He’s said he wants a “trad wife” who’ll stay at home, cook, clean, raise their kids, and be totally financially dependent on him, yet he says he won’t enter a “legal marriage” because he doesn’t want to risk his wife divorcing him and taking everything. I don’t know his stance on pre-nups, but I’m assuming he wouldn’t want to sign one because he wouldn’t want his partner getting a single penny if she left him, despite insisting that she’s totally financially dependent on him. In other words, he wants someone he can control and who will feel trapped into staying with him. What a catch, huh? I wonder why no woman has snapped him up yet? Edited to clarify that there’s nothing wrong with being childless and unmarried at his age. I’m close in age to him and I’ve never been married or had kids. I mentioned it to point out the hypocrisy. He judges women for not being married or having kids by the time they’re in their 30s (he also shames younger women if they have kids because he clearly just hates women), yet he’s almost 40 and it’s fine for him because he’s a man.
