This is actually a cover in case you were unaware. The original is by Afrika Bambaataa from the 1980s. I think this version is better personally, but I may be biased since I love RatM.

Dude, like half the countries in the world have a government that runs of socialism or is damn near close to being full blown socialism. Go enjoy all of those countries. You sound like my sister who wants to live in a society that promotes socialism. I pulled out my checkbook and offered to pay for her flight and relocation expenses to the country of her choice, but she declined. She basically admitted capitalism was superior after doing a little research and realizing that she wouldn’t be half as well off or half as financially stable if she moved.

The fact that there are no samples on any of these songs still blows my mind ( all noises are made with drums, bass, guitars, and vocals)

Was in grade 7 when this came out and ive always liked it but never understood how powerful it is until I was older. ✊🏽

My late brother loved Rage. This was one of his favorite songs. We always wanted to see them and all the 90s bands. We only got to see Stone Temple Pilots before Scott died. Hopefully one day Rage stops charging so much so I can see them for him.

In the past, my father often listened to Frank Sinatra's songs, now I listen to this song as a nostalgic song, time really flies.
