Bitter End (Lyrics)
You swear to god but I'm a non-believer
You're losing faith while I've been holding on
Trying to find the root of all that's come between us
Trying to save what's left before everything is gone
Sweet love, my oldest friend
Have we come to the bitter end?
No make up, no pretend
Have we come to the bitter end?
The bitter end
The bitter end
Too many years of battle scars
And now we're broken
And all the words you said
Been hanging over my head for time
And all of the lines we've crossed
They've finally bust us open
As a thousand tiny paper cuts align
Sweet love, my oldest friend
Have we come to the bitter end?
No make up, no pretend
Have we come to the bitter end?
The bitter end
The bitter end
Have we come to the bitter end?
Oh, the bitter end
The higher we rise
The further we fall
When we crash down
Through all of these years
I can't accept it's over now
I won't let go
Sweet love, my oldest friend
Have we come to the bitter end?
No make up, no pretend
Have we come to the bitter end?

Beautiful voice. Beautiful soul. Beautiful sound. Thank you.
Oh this man. Listen to his phrasing. The way he hits the notes and slides between them. Magic. Art. He paints with his voice.
A diamond in the rough. With all the music out there in this world, I felt the urge to comment on a beautiful artist. This is the fifth song I've heard of this guy and I can't stop. Im buying it right now.
2023 its stil a classic
How was this guy not a massive hit around the world?
The songs of that man reach my soul, his voice is special, it gets through me.

The best voice I have ever heard ever truly truly one hell of an amazing talent ❤
“Love” is bitter end especially this day and age! People much prefer the superficial ways of living. It is easy to pretend than face the true ”self”
Just stumbled across this guy 30 minutes ago and now bought his first album (Wolves). Probably the best artist I've heard out of the UK in the last few years. Superb.

Echoing everyone else's comments, I can't believe I've just discovered this music now. Incredible performance on Fallon, and now just exploring the older songs. Some of which hit home more than any other songs I've heard.
I just heard this for the 1st time on the radio.........a truly classic artist & tune...absolutely hits you between the eyes, very 'Gnarles Barkleyesque', I love it...& that flat bass drum....be still my beating heart.
Oh my god his voice is so good and I'm only 7 years old my dad loves his music aswell

Few artist can make you not even hear the beat when they sing. All i can hear is how dope you sound and the words you say.
I've come across this song during watching a ramp walk show on ftv and I was just mesmerized. Now I have the song with me.

This Man is 100% Earth Angel!!
Heard this for the 1'st time on the jukebox in the pub last night, what a fuckin tune man !!!!!!!
Wow it sounds like we're all in the same boat when it comes to Rag N Bones. I too just found him about a week ago. Didn't have time to go and listen to anything other than "Human". Boy I think you're an Empath, and are channeling my life's pain. You sir are amazing. You song "Skin" I didn't hear until last night. Yesterday morning I gave a friend of mine a good bye letter. After hearing "Skin", you would think my letter was just changed wording. However it wasn't, they were from my heart, and pain. Thank you so much for giving me an outlet. Many songs have touched me, but yours...yours are my life's pain. Thank you Rory!!! Love and Peace A Woman in Pain

I,like all of these other people, are amazed & touched by your rawness in both voice & story telling. You will go far my friend!

You're like the male Adele. Man your voice is good.
This is my new favorite artist
I was thinking that he has 3 songs and imagine what happened when my friend said me that he has many more songs. YOU'RE THE BEST SINGER IN THE WORLD.
His music / voice is amazing. Touches my soul - AKA #1 fan from Alaska
Awww OMG! I discovered such a beautiful!!! This grabbed me, so much! His vocals have a raw imperfection that makes it even more precious, not over programmed with reverb just raw and vulnerable naked. Have a listen especially the part from 0.50 secs up to 1.11 even more awww wow xxxx

Easily my fav song from this guy and one of my fav songs ever. For me it's one talking to themselves. The vibe fits of this song fit that's theme, not the end of a relationship as the lyrics suggest. A badass song nonetheless.

what a beat. what a voice. go on ye good ting
I heard him the first time in Graham Norton performing “Human” and I listened again and again and again and then hit KZread and listened to everything I could find. This man seems so humble, genuine and empathetic that when he sings “Tell it Like it Is” I cant dislike him. It’s as if that is the only song that he gives soul to but not his soul. The first line of “Hard Came the Rain” I can feel his voice to my bones. I’m speechlessness 😶😱👊🏽🙌🏾👏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️
