Our closets are pure 32mm system. Our home office is a hybrid custom set up that we have developed

What jig do you use to drill the double

We use a CNC to make parts they come off drilled. You can also use certain hinge machines with proper tools

@@derrekholland5207 I’m using the “Hettich VB Connector Drilling Jig”… I never thought about a CNC for this… I’ll definitely look into it! Closet shelving is a new area I’m getting into for our custom homes we’re building… Thanks for the tips

Do you think Rafix is strong enough comparing to Minifix?

Mini fix is probably stronger. The problem is it doesn’t work in a lot of applications and requires secondary operations for the horizontal drilling. The dowel bolts that hold both together are similar in size and the threads and that is generally the weak point on these types of clamps nnctors

@@karunlee all our closet use Rafix. Home office uses Rafix, Murphy bed we use Rafix and mini fix for 1 connection. Garage cabinets are screwed together with a blind dado connection
