Rafa is a legend, but Serena is the GOAT of tennis. Her impact on the sport is much much greater.

It’s Nadal and not even close. Serena never had to compete with a player at her level like Nadal is with Federer and Djokovic.

u are totally ignoring the depth of women's tennis. aside from blatantly disregarding venus, sharapova, henin, azarenka etc., u need to realise that there are multiple slam winners in the wta tour and u never know who will surprise who but on the mens side everyone except for the big 3 arent good enough.

It’s Serena and it’s not even close. Serena has dominated over 3 decades and has a winning record against most top players in each era. Serena was able to dominate the likes of elite players like Venus, Davenport, Henin, Clisjters, Sharapova, Hingis, Azarenka, Halep, etc much more consistently than Nadal. Players like Venus and Sharapova would have a lot more slams if it wasn’t for Serena’s dominance.

both are amazing and have done amazing things in mens and womens tennis respectively

serena has also won 16 doubles grand slams (and olympics doubles twice) while nadal is at 0 in that sector

@@li1shae it's simple logic more the set she play more chances of injury so she had to avoid doubles tennis and also we cannot directly say that in 5 setters she would have won more it could have gone either way.

Doubles is irrelevant to singles. Nadal had no interest in them. He'd crush her 6-0 6-0 in a 1v1 any year and you know it.

If we talk about singles tennis its nadal serena not even close the man has won 22 grand slams in most competive era of all time despite all of the all the serious injuries still more to come. Think if he does not have serious injury in his career how many he would won.Even many players in wta are also inspire by rafa

Serena all day. Yes best of 5 is physiclly demanding but Rafa's endurance makes him goat in his tour but I believe is the men's were playing best of 3 there would be a lot more diversity in the winners and less slam victories for the big 3 overall, plus Serena has 16 doubles majors and 4 gold medals too

Serena wouldn't beat the 100 ranked male, let alone Nadal.

Not even going to watch this video. William literally said that she would have no chance against even a top 100-200 male tennis player. Just saying what she said.
