    Si....

    Regarding the neckstrap comment, neckstraps are just nice for any radio. If you have a plane you need to throw it makes that process easier. And when you are flying you can kind of rest your hands on the radio so you don't have to hold them up. So I get the neckstrap eyelit.

    This would have been a great radio to have had when I was first flying with cheapies like the Cheerson CX10 (if didn't need the NRF24L01 from the 4in1 MPM). It's good to have a cheap entry-level (but still fully featured) radio that would be great for beginners so that they can get rid of the often pretty useless transmitter that comes with their model, and move on to something that actually has usable gimbals and the like.

  • @RCVideoReviews

    @RCVideoReviews

    Жыл бұрын

    That's what struck me too--full featured really. The only compromise is the number of switches. Everything else is there--ELRS, EdgeTX. Everything you need for an easy transition to a full size radio later if desired.

    Ok, I have been in the hobby for 40 years, but out of it for 12 years. I had been using the Spektrum DX6 & associated receivers, but Spektrum who once was the Bees Knees for what to buy has fallen off my top shelf because being almost strictly PWM with respect to receiver output they are useless relative to today's cool beans flight controllers. I like this Radiomaster entry transmitter and almost surely will buy one soon. My only question is towards the end of the video you discussed specifications in which CC2500 or ELRS was implied as being options under which the radio could be purchased as. I am assuming CC2500 & ELRS are communication protocols between the transmitter & the receiver, but regardless of which one is selected the corresponding receiver has a serial or SBUS output for easy connection to a flight controller. Given my assumption is true which would you suggest I pick up when starting from scratch since I have only Spektrum receivers? Thanks in advance... P.S. Once I start getting my new gear together I expect to use INAV. With that being a given do you have a favorite for beginners flight controller that allows for mission planning? Thanks again.....

    Hola 👋. Tengo que reconocer, tras ver varios vídeos de revisiones, que este es el mejor y más completo de todos, además que la opinión que brinda si comprar o no esta radio estoy 100 % de acuerdo y haces incapié en cuidado con no confundir el módulo CC2500 con el 4 in 1. Lo que no acabo de entrar es qué audífonos vas a colocar en las radios pues mira que he intentado con mi Radiomaster TX16S y nada... Soporte solo me responde que de 3.5 mm, cuando en realidad puede ser un plug más largo y eso no vienen en los audífonos estándar. Saludos desde Cuba 🇨🇺

    Gracias por las amables palabras en mi evaluación. Para ser honesto, nunca he intentado usar el conector de audio, así que no tengo consejos. Sé que otros usan enchufes estándar de 3,5 mm y tienen audio. Veré si puedo desenterrar algunos auriculares más tarde y darle una oportunidad.

    @@RCVideoReviews Gracias a tí por el trabajo que haces... Lo aprecio mucho. El tema del plug de audio no es el diámetro, es el largo del plug. Yo recuerdo que hace muchos años a tras cuando vaiajabas en avión te daban unos audífonos con un adaptador que tenía dos plug de 3.5 mm ambos pero uno era más largo que otro. Si te fijas ese tema del plug sucede igual que para el que viene para el simulador o para las gafas FPV, que está en la parte superior al lado del USB-C para conectar a la PC. Saludos y que tengas excelente tarde

    @@RCVideoReviews OK, Great! Since it doesn't come with a 4-in-1 internal module, does it transmit through the TX16S or would I need to get an external 4-in-1 for the Pocket? Great videos, by the way! Bought an RCVR-2 also...cool bit of kit.

  • @RCVideoReviews

    @RCVideoReviews

    11 ай бұрын

    There are a couple of different ways to buddy box. I'm going to assume you're thinking wireless because you're asking about the 4-in-1. If you have a TX16s you can select FrSky_RX as the protocol which basically makes the TX16s look like a receiver to the Pocket. You also have to turn on Master/Multi in the TX16s trainer settings. On the Pocket, you'd choose FrSky D16. Then bind them together. So now the Pocket TX is bound to the 4-in-1 RX on the TX16s. The last thing you need to establish is an RF link between the TX16s and the model. You can easily do that with just about any external module on the TX16s. I use ELRS.
