you can really hit those high notes, thats brilliant, somethin like electioneering I could never hit lol. maybe I can send you an instrumental track, somethin transposed on the acoustic guitar, and if you dig it and would be kind enough to do a vocal track that'd be dope.. lol who knows we'll see. Yes! So glad you did the early live version rather than the studio. The live MSG performance of DITNU is incredible. I so wish they'd carried that performance into the studio. I absolutely adore the stripped down basement version too with just Thom on the piano. Excellent cover!

what are you on about his voice is REALLY similar to thoms' (not ALL the time of course but at some bits it is, ESPECIALLY in his bands cover of reckoner which is VERY faithful to the original in terms of sound)

I was kinda bummed when the studio version of this song was so different form the 2006 live versions. Now we have the closest thing to a studio quality recording of that version :)

Same here. The MSG performance is amazing. I kinda felt the same with Jigsaw Falling Into Place too.. or Open Pick as it was called when they were previewing the In Rainbows songs. The guitar intro was awesome. I attended one of those live shows in 06.. one of the best nights of my life!

and why on earth don't you create your own music? I'm not saying that you shouldn't cover their music, I enjoy your covers but you look well equipped and most importantly talented. If you create genuine stuff and I'm not aware of it, excuse my comment :)
