Please don't leave the film in the fixing solution. The acid will erode all of the gelatin and you'll just have the plastic base left after a couple of days.

I'm an assistant, my xrays always end up having purple or blue spots on them. What am I doing wrong?

Check with a different brand of the film.

How many seconds should we place in each if them

In developer till you can see the image of the tooth with the red light behind you but shining on the film.
