എന്റെ ഭാര്യക്ക് desember 1 radio Active iodine treatment ചെയ്തിരുന്നു ഇപ്പോൾ അവൾക്ക് ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ കവിൾ വീർക്കുകയും വേദനയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. Dr കണ്ടു ഗുളിക കഴിച്ചപ്പോൾ കുറവുണ്ട് പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോളും ചില പ്രയാസങ്ങൾ വായിൽ അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നു. ഇത് said effects ആണോ ചികിത്സാക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ടോ.. ഇത് എത്രനാൾ ഉണ്ടാവും...

Madam ഞാൻ 2002 ൽ റേഡിയോ iodin തെറാപ്പി മരുന്ന് കഴിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോഴും thyroxin ഗുളിക കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. Radio iodine medicine കഴിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം 2002 മുതൽ തന്നെ സംസാരിക്കാൻ 70% വും പ്രയാസമാണ്. അത്‌ ഇപ്പോൾ 80% ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തൊണ്ടയിൽ കഠിനമായ വേദന അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നു. Endoscopy 2 തവണ ചെയ്തിട്ടും ENT dr. യാതൊരു കുഴപ്പവും കാണുന്നില്ലെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോഴും സംസാരിക്കാൻ വളരെ പ്രയാസമാണ്. അതിനു ചികിത്സ ഉണ്ടോ ?

T3.T4 normal ആണ് TSH 0.01 ആണ് 1 5എംജി neomecazol കഴിക്കുന്നു . Nuclear medicine scan ചെയ്ത് Right lobe 6.3 ,LL 5.4 Suggesion: റേഡിയോ iodin ablation 2 മാസം neomecazol കഴിക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.. ഫാമിലി set ആയിട്ട് ചെയ്താൽ മതി എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത് .4 വയസ്സുള്ള കൊച്ചാണ്.

@@riyajacob6181 എനിക്ക് റേഡിയോ അയഡിൻ തെറാപ്പി കഴിഞ്ഞ താണ്. side effect അധികമൊന്നു ഇല്ല. കുറ നാളത്തേക്ക് രുചി അറിയായ്മ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
