went on wednesday and again they were brilliant sets you up for christmas!

I’ve never seen them but would love to. To me it would be something like TSO to get the full magic.

I went and saw the radio city Rockettes Christmas spectacular on December 11th 2022 this year and I want to see the Rockettes Christmas spectacular again in 2024

I remember sitting in the 2nd row and you could see everything!! From the lipstick on their teeth and the ripped tights! It was fun! Lol

At least you guys got it see it in 2016, but sadly there’s no radio city Christmas spectacular this year because of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic going on. MSG entertainment and I are disappointed but looking forward to 2021 and hope they will return next year. Hopefully I’ll see the show again next year with someone special but i feel bad for the rockettes. And I have seen the show before but haven’t seen it in ages and haven’t been to radio city in ages, I hope to god to return there next year to see the Christmas show with someone special.

MyLife3636 I know 2020 is a very bad year with covid and Radio city Christmas canceled for this year and I hope 2021 is a better year with the radio city Christmas returns next year and normal life returns.

It is a dream to see this show in real life one day. But I live in The Netherland soo it's quite expensive and a long trip to go to NYC.

Watching 8:20 until the end of the soldier scene made my anxiety go 📈📈📈 MAD respect. That part looks so incredibly difficult

I'm glad I could share it! I think a lot of people, including me thought this would be corny. Not at all!!

I took my parents on christmas morning 2016, it was great.

I was the same way, I was sure it'd be just some hokey and dated thing for tourists, but decided to see it anyway last year because it's such an institution. I was really stunned by how much I LOVED it. It absolutely lives up to the name. Yeah it feels like a show whose core sensibility is basically unchanged from the 1930s, but it does a great job of showing why these kind of things were so popular back then. It feels like a show from when Broadway was produced on a Babylonian scale.

the Rockettes are awesome, precision dancers! I wish I could see them with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders sometime.

My girlfriend and I saw this years back. We really enjoyed it. I really did enjoy the toy soldiers number. The rockettes almost had me believing they were toy soldiers. That number must take A LOT of practice to get it down so good!

The soldier part was always my fav!

One of the Radio City troupes (there are more than one due to this show's intense December schedule) played this show in Pittsburgh a few years ago. People who came there for the dancing Santas and holiday music became enraged that the Living Nativity would be included at the end of the show. Several of them stormed angrily out of the theater and wrote nasty letters. They said they came to see fun and not any religious crap.

I have witnessed the amazing performance of the Rockettes on board our ship... ChristeningThe Norwegian Breakaway...!!!in fact they are the The Godmother's of our Newly built cruise ship way back in 2013...

Saw it last night!!

If you reside in Europe, China or Australia...don't miss Radio City if you're in NYC. You'll long remember it.

Heard about them when a former Rockettes became a Nun..told stories of fun and clean enjoyment as part of the Rockettes

We were about five rows in from the stage. So worth it!!

I think if I posted the entire show, you wouldn't want to see it. It's wonderful and a must to see! Better if you see it live!

I believe I was on the left ride of the theatre on the 3rd balcony. The view was awesome as the giant structure of the theatre was surreal.

One part that I always liked(not shown in this video) the 2 boys are looking for a gift for their sister, they see Santa ringing a bell by a charity pot and he tells them that he can help them out. The older brother, being a disbeliever, says, "What are you going do? Are you gonna give some money out of that pot so we can buy our sister a gift?" And in a surprised voice, Santa says, "Certainly not!" He then takes them to the North Pole.

The stage can be viewed at the Radio City website and U might want to check your Question w/ online forums like Trip advisor .. You def will pay more for great seats ( like Orchestra or first Mezanine ) but once in a lifetime worth it imo. Have fun

The only difference there was today was that confetti was raining down on spectators on a certain part of the show, there is also a part where we use 3D glasses which I’m guessing is new

Now this was the best show !! I went every year until they changed the routine!! I don't like the new one , so I don't go anymore! 😔 But the last show I went to , I had my picture taken with one of the Rockettes and I have the DVD and the Diamond on the Rock. It was a 2 pack DVD. It shows the Rockettes way back in the day when they first started out. It is awesome !! 👏👏👏👏 I miss my Rockettes! 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Takes a special kind of person to sit through this and actually be entertained. I'd die of boredom. I could understand a 5 yr old being entertained but that would imply that adults who are entertained have the IQ of 5 yr olds. Saw an ad for Rockettes. Never heard of it. Thanks for posting. This vid saved me from a horrible death of boredom. I at least hope you didn't pay more than 10 bucks for tickets.

This seems oddly aggressive for a dance show lol. I know a lot of people find figure skating and such boring, but aren't as venomous when putting down those who do enjoy it.

I stumbled on this. You are one of those folks who has to record during a performance. It is annoying to others in attendance. Please consider not doing it again.
