Did you guys know about state residency apartments ? in 2.25 Cr , there will be 2 apartments bigger, better size and officer residency benefits. Though good apartments for black money.

Yes, in real estate there are no standard percentage, that how the rates would grow. But if you see the growth of Jagatpura, price are pretty standard now.
Anything around 85 lac ?
Radiant Casa's balconies are too small.

Why such big bed rooms are made ?? What will people do in large sized bedrooms. Need bigger living areas. No builder knows designing good flats in Jaipur.
