@@InfinityDsbm Thankfully around 6 weeks after writing that comment I was able to move my hand again, I never bought a brace or visited a doctor. I just never stopped trying to move my fingers, every minute of the day I was doing some sort of exercise and I think that's ultimately how I was able to recover so quickly.

Wouldn’t you need something for the thumb if the radial nerve is injured? The extensors of the thumb wouldn’t work so that scrolling motion you showed wouldn’t be present.

Does this also help with ulnar claw ? My doctor recommended me to get something to help straighten my fingers out and I’ve looked everywhere and this one really caught my eye but I don’t know if it would help with my case. I had Saturday Night Palsy and freaked out. i was sure id never be able to use my hand again. thank god it only lasted a month and a half. That shit scared me

I've had it for almost 2 weeks. At first I couldn't move my fingers or thumb, at all. But after a few days or week, I could move them. Now, I basically only have the wrist drop. I cant lift my hand at all.

@@RyGuy123456100 yeah I finally got full use of my hand back. Took probably 2 months or so. That was scary. I recommend getting a wrist splint, and just keep it on, but every so often, take it off for a bit. That's what I did.

I had accident and humerus bone surgery done… And after that wrist drop i have… Its been 2month 10 days of my operation and i can see only little improvement now… I am so worried about it that is will be recovered or not or in how much time it will recovered??

My only complaints: 1:55 in this video, the way that person is able to lift their fingers to put in loops tells me that they do not have RNP. It would have been nice to see someone that actually has RNP apply it. Also, it is extremely hard to find a comfortable position on the right hand, the ball that you have on the outside of your wrist has a bit too much pressure/too little padding and gets sore quick. Lastly, the finger lifts... no matter how far and tight you pull the loops, they lift the base of your fingers, but the first inch or so of each finger still hangs limp. Again why it would have been nice to see someone who actually has RNP in display video, cause expecting each finger to be lifted up straight is unrealistic, unless you use a circulation cutting amount of pull on the finger loops. Other than that, I like it. Just needs some improvements.

@@greeeneyes4143 I never had too much pain, every now and then it would feel a little sore but for the most part I got lucky. I'm currently on day 61 and am about 90 percent healed :) another week or two and I should be able to stop wearing brace all together which is exciting. Note: mine from the result of sleeping on my arm wrong, and for nearly the entire 61 days I have worn either this brace or a stiff wrist brace 24/7, even when sleeping. I feel keeping my wrist straight vastly aided my recovery.

@@user-gj3lk8il3r A glass went into my arm about 4inchs below the thumb, I'm sure I tore a ligament..my hand is always down, the muscles on top of my arm from the wrist down to the elbow is very tight, it feels heavy when I simply move my hand up and down..and when I grab things like a screwdriver or anything round like a jar my arm locks up and burns I have to relaxe it shake it off for like 5 seconds do it again relaxe it again, it's quite annoying..

@@user-gj3lk8il3r never went to a doctor.. or had it checked, but I've researched and asked some friends and it seems like it's a torn ligament.. the glass was 2inchs long but thin my friend pulled it out and blood squirted I think it's too late anyways I think the damage is done..

Hi! I believe you wouldn't have any problem trying to write with the splint on. I would avoid writing long papers with it on but here and there shouldn't be an issue at all!
