When I tell you I love, love, love this!!! This is just so powerful and moving! I was recently making this point that imagery is powerful and the children of the diaspora have consistently been fed an image of evil and that image of evil resembles the rebellious black (wo)man, and many of us have bought into that narrative without trying to figure out the motive behind it.
That was scary. I don't know how i feel about it but i felt it
