Does it work everytime you dodge forward? did you have a talisman to improve the dodge or is it possible to do it normally?

No, it is possible to dodge it normally but its a frame perfect input and you have to be in a specific spot to dodge it, so it's pretty much humanly impossible to get it done consistently. In this clip i just got lucky. If you're still struggling with this attack i'd suggest using the deflecting hardtear to deflect one of the attacks, or use the fine crucible feather talisman to backstep the first slash, then dodge the others normally.

@@netheritecake Beat him yesterday. Since I was trying to beat him with a regular build(one uchi plus light armor, no shield) I had to put the dragoncrest greatshield talisman and just tank the second and third hit lol. Managed to win after roughly 20 hours of trying. But thanks for the info anyway, will keep them in mind for future playthrus.
