I personally had 54x12… not that spinny… next year I go easier gear because in the city it makes sense for the acceleration

@@yann-alexandresoubai115 in this race skidding is not allowed (lock up you wheel and drift) to brake. So you just slow down with your legs. No big deal once you ride for a while on fxd.

Die Geschwindigkeit ist ja eine Wucht. Liegt das am Fixi selbst oder ist das einfach schieres Training? Fahre nur Rennrad und da sind diese Geschwindigkeitswerte wohl eher den Profis vorbehalten

Brakeless is actually way less sketchy. No brake checking and fixed gear riders are much more cautious when cornering.
