Would sliding a Launch attack in between the jump and air barrage increase the dps? Id assume so if Launch attack is as long as the jump animation?

Why are so many damage sigils needed? I thought cap would be more easily achieved than that. Does the aerial hit have a higher cap?

Average eugen build with glass canon is a great alternative and more control over the fight, rackam aerial dmg is freakin halarious tho

Yeah I’ve heard Ferry also has a similar play style. I have a lot of things to do but I’ll look into it.

You can aerial dodge once and fire off another Aerial blast before landing. I feel like it is faster than jumping again.

I show that in the second run, you need to not have Berserker to be able to do that.

Why combo booster? Each pellet hit makes the other pellets do more damage?

Try to get as close to the build shown as possible, i dont know why, but for some reason rackams aerial attack dmg cap seems to be bugged, i just goes higher and higher the more dmg skills you slot in, i just tried it in training. slotted in stamina and tyranny and my capped dmg went from like 60k to 85k per pellet

Check the masteries are the same and you’re using the less is more sigil.

@@phugindomas using this in slimepede is such a waste of potential it's extremely slow and basic attack with a normal build can literally 1 shot all the slime getting 160 alone easily.

after you've reach damage cap, its attack speed or how many hits you can get, like multi hits you see in the video or potato charlot or lancelot. the reason slow attacking characters without multiple hits = not good anymore at end-game. than can reach max cap fast but they can't hit faster.

this isn't how damage cap works, every character skill / combo / attack has its own fixed multiplier (how it interacts with atk) and "maximum cap" (maximum damage potential; different from damage cap). It's just that rackam's strong aerial was coded with a low multiplier and for some reason an obscenely high maximum cap, allowing it to scale massively across all sources of attack just to achieve what's shown in this video. Based on your logic characters like Io would be dogshit and yet they're easily top tier in score attack and baha runs

@@Icrine for me IO is BURST damage with hard timing for fast charging (so you have to know your rotation), but DPS within time frame for example total DPS within 60 seconds, the smol potato can keep smashing her sword within that downed boss time frame, SB, timelink, slow can produce sustained DPS.

@@shiro214okaneyou’re wrong yet again. Io has strong constant damage too and isn’t purely burst. Just too many people don’t know how to rotate level 2 stargazer’s into her rotation because this game is riddled with disgusting filthy casuals. I’ve reached 28mil damage on 60second score attack with Io. Not anywhere near Narmaya’s 32mil but Narmaya is just narmaya…

I did 6 or 7 runs yesterday and got 3 terminus weapons like every 2 to 3 runs you get one.

Actually think Eugen has a easier play style to get very good damage but rackam was my first character so I have more time with him

Eugen’s optimal gameplay is boring. Throw 3 grenades, use detonator/laser. Repeat with other unused skill. Throw 3 grenades, charge shot. Repeat until cooldowns are down. His unique sigil ruined the sniper aspect of him and turned him into a burst mage essentially.

​@@Regianldo56 His optimal dps is guardcanceling his raw grenade (no sniper mode) and not using any skills or shots at all, though it only works if your back is against a wall, since you move back by throwing grenades. His most optimal dps if you don't have a wall behind you is spamming charged shots in sniper mode, as long as the boss is bigger than a humanoid (charged shot pierces for multiple hits) Throwing and manually detonating his nades in sniper mode is only optimal against human-sized bosses when you don't have a wall behind you (i.e. Gallanza/Maglielle/Id) His skills are sadly all ass and using any of them is a dps loss, though you can use Paralyzing Shot to interrupt an animation to open another dps window for the others. Sumrak and Detonator are really good on a CPU Eugen, but they're always a dps loss on a player Eugen.

@@skeletonwar4445 I’ve done some testing on dummy. 60second score attack. Just pure charged shots: 24mil 3 nades + charged shots: 32mil. 3 nades + charged shots + abilities: 29mil. So idk if i’m just playing his none ‘shot build wrong or what :((

Those aren't crits, that's elemental advantage. He's running war elemental which makes him always have advantage.

addendum to what xale said, crits are denoted with the !!, dark blue numbers mean the ennemy is armored and the number getting slashed really slightly means its capped damage

One thing i don't understand, you guys forgot that if you use damage cap is for a reason... get this amount of damage in your build is useless since like i said "it's cap" xD

Tbh yea the dmg cap system is so flawed right now. Characters like vas caps out so easily but he's so damn slow. Fast attackers are just plain better

Not all fast attackers are the same though. Katalina’s ares gauge is so dodgy and unfair compared to other fast attackers systems that she gets fcked hard just as much. Even fully built, I can only do 25mil with her in 60second time attack. Yet here’s my 80% fully built narmaya doing 32mil with no effort. And i hate how kat’s terminus weapon isn’t as cool as her ascended weapon. Changing from a rapier to essentially a sword… such bad design.

@@Regianldo56 you can change weapon skin Also you can't look at dummy damage as accurate representation of DPS cause you would hardly see a Narmaya as MVP usually when Gran, Id or Eugen shows up they will always be MVP It's honestly not about high DPS but more Consistency which Rackam, Charlotta and Lancelot are, obviously idk all characters but I know that Io is busted but very hard to play perfectly

@@extrashifty578 depends how much you out honour them. Damage (executioner) still ranks higher on the honour count that say support master or guard lover. A person that does over 50% of the boss’s hp solo will always have the highest honour count. Only losing out if a support hero does 40% of the boss hp while getting points for buffing and debuffing. And with the current meta of SBA Stall followed by a Link time. There are those 2 mins of pure dps. I’ve done a lot of Proto Bahamut hunts where we’ve killed him from 70% to 0% through the first SBA Stall (2 does a chain burst. Then when boss recovers the next 2 do theirs). And guess who got the honours there? Yep, my narmaya.

Don’t listen to him. It’s because it’s coded with a ridiculous high damage cap for some reason compared to the rest of rackam’s attacks and skills, meaning it has the most potential for high damage, which is seen here.
