There's a temporal fluidity to this song. He was already shoot in the beginning of the song, and in his moments of consciousness he's remembering moments of his life. The red legend lines are the present situation, of him been shooted and lying in the street or in the hospital. And that someone who is calling him is actually death.

These lyrics are a narrative of a thief who had several flashbacks of key moments in his life. a curiosity: Guina never really existed, he was a character in the song. But, several people chose to earn money by going to church, charging to give testimonies and presented themselves as if they were Guina. IceBlue cibta that even went after this false Guina, but ended up letting it go. This narrative ends up being so "real" because most poor people went through something similar. I myself lost a brother who got involved in crime.

the machine beep start on the beggining of the music, going flat in the end...these are, as said, flashbacks of the guy in the emergency hospital in his lasts moments - after the shots of the last part...the subtitles go red everytime it's not an old memory (like the robberies, the killing of the robbin hood, etc), when he is back in the present moment: dying hearing the cardiograph machine and 'hallucinating'
