I have no idea what she is like without a camera or microphone around but after listening to her interact with her truck crew chief and crew on the radio nearly every race, I really want to believe she is genuine. Always polite and calm even when the race isn’t going their way. Gives good in race feedback for someone relatively new to asphalt and trucks. I’m impressed and definitely a fan. Keep learning, growing and competing with ferocity.

I’ve met her back in 2018 at Loretta Lynn’s national MX race watching her brother and got to hang out for a bit before she left and she is absolutely the nicest person. She was sitting in a golf cart waiting to leave and probably had better things to do than talk to us but you’d never know it. Her demeanor is pretty much what you see in camera. She takes life in stride and just has fun when it’s time to have fun and gives it 110% when it’s time to work. We were asking her all sorts of racing questions and she answered every one pretty much like she’s known us for years. Her and her brothers were raised very well on how to talk to people.

Yeah I feel the same way, when I see somebody especially on this platform because it's all about the dog and pony show for a lot of channels but it's really cool to follow how she does do even on the nascar circuit/circus (I basically don't deal with nascar anymore) it's nice to see somebody who's being successful in life and racing and showing all the smiles and cries without many reservations about the outcome. I would be really disappointed if I found out that she was fake like a lot of other people have proven over the years on this platform.

you can tell from the way she drives and the way she interacts with her crew and other drivers, and especially how she is on here, that she is both an excellent driver and a genuinely decent person. having seen her in this series especially i'm really impressed by her and how her peers treat her -- the good ones that is. and that's the point, too. she handled that second race very well and didn't let the whiny a*hole change her demeanor. i wasn't sure til then but i'm fully on board now. Team Hailie 4 life.

I’ve met Tony a couple of times in person and he is such a class act. I absolutely love how he never hesitates to coach the younger drivers. I don't care if she's a girl. She's honestly one of the best young talents behind the wheel in the country today. Period. Not female talents, flat out just one of the best. She shows me the level of aggression that no other female racer has shown me. She really doesn't mind rubbing doors and banging bumpers. She also has GREAT car control. That dirt track upbringing will take her a long way. Just wanna see her take her time and not be rushed up the ladder too fast. She's young and has PLENTY of time to work her way up.

Generally speaking, the best drivers have dirt track experience. When the tires go on asphalt, it's not new territory for them. They can drive the wheels off of it while others have to pull back and reserve once they start going. Hailie has an insane amount of potential and I can't wait to for her to get a win in the trucks. We know it's coming.

This young girl is going to make it by her ability behind the wheel !! Her attractive looks & out going personality is just icing on the cake that helps her career. Great job for sure, I knew you were going to do great on dirt. Just running the trucks with your dad in the past helped as well. And having Mike Beam as your crew chief was awesome. I believe just getting the knowledge of Kenny Schrader and Tony Stewart would just make my day. Even if I ran dead last would have been a dream for me. Loved the one on ones with the other drivers if you get a chance at the next one get around the other drivers as well I love to see that side of folks. Once again awesome job !!!

It's cool that Smoke (Tony Stewart) was helping Hailie figure out the track. That must have been such a cool race to watch. I have seen Kenny Shrader run a Late Model on dirt. That was before he fully retired from NASCAR. Pretty sure he was still driving the M&M's #36.
