Congrats on 1k! You should do a weight in video, and in the same video try to set your best 5 sec, 5min, and hour. You could click bait with the crazy high watts per kilo you can do.

That was a long one...great job. Here's a little tip that might sound odd for how you ride by wanting to stay in the draft and save energy. Spend some time in the front. Let yourself roll up ahead then just slow your pace a bit. Most riders will want to spend some time riding wheel, even the riders up front. As you slow, they will slow giving you time to recover by setting the pace. If they speed up, you have more time to respond and won't have to push as much to close gaps. Spend some time dictating the pace and you'll save energy, especially on long races.

Haha, hard to cut such a long race down into an analysis while still showing the full race. Yeah, that’s definitely a clever strategy, and I will definitely try it when I get back to racing. Ride on!
