0:00 Earlier today, a terrible crash took place in the BeamNG Formula regional series. Heading into the tamburello corner, 19 year old Czech driver Svoboda Hajek suffered a brake failure on his number 9, going nearly 150 KM/H. Hajek swerved to the left attempting to slow the car, only to run into another car. Hajek’s car soared high into the air, landing nose first. It reached an altitude of 13 feet in the air. The car rolled over once, staying onto its roof. Hajek amazingly climbed out of the vehicle, shaken, but ok. 1:03 Going into turn 11 at the famous Circut of the americas, Joey Logano, Kasey Kahne, and Carl Edwards were going 3 wide. Behind them, the 42 of Juan Pablo Montoya suffered a hung throttle and went straight into all 3 of them. Montoya had to be extracted from the vehicle, and taken to a local hospital for further evaluation. All other drivers were ok. 2:00 In the BeamNG regional series at Monaco, a massive shunt occurred entering the chicane off the tunnel. Mason Guild, a 23 year old british driver was exiting the tunnel, when the car suddenly suffered a massive brake failure. He went directly into the back of Andrés Umada, and Guild’s car was sent airborne. It did a full flip, directly into the tire barrier, upside down. The car rolled back over after a couple of seconds. Guild would be treated for serious injuries. He suffered a broken left wrist, 2 fractured vertebraes, a Torn ACL, a Broken pelvis, and 3 broken ribs. Umada would sustain a minor concussion. Both drivers were ruled out of the season after this crash. 3:04 The beamNG GT series race at montreal saw a big accident, on the 2nd lap. Heading into the infamous hairpin, Australian driver Robert McCann suffered a massive hung throttle. McCann was forced to spin the car to lose speed, and nearly hit others as he was coming across the track. McCann piled into the tire barriers at high speeds. McCann instantly jumped out of the car, and walked to the medical car. He would be treated for some minor bruising on his left leg. 3:53 The F2 sprint race at Baku was coming to a close, as Parma racing driver Tsuki Hanakowa Sustained a suspension failure, causing the car to hook a left into the wall. As the car came to the corner, it collided brutally with the Verun car of Oskär Sloksoven. Both cars were sent into a wild flip, and the red flag was immediately thrown. Paramedics rushed to both of the drivers, and they were both unresponsive. Both were flown to a nearby hospital for critical injuries. Sloksoven would be placed into a medically induced coma, fighting for his life. Hanakowa was in a critical, but stable condition. Thankfully, both drivers were able to make a full recovery and go on to race the following season. 4:51 And now on Channel 7, a harrowing crash in the BeamNG national series race at Brands hatch when 21 year old Matteo DiMedriano had a massive brake failure, sending his car soaring at 170 KM/H. He slammed into the tires, causing the car to almost instantly stop. DiMedriano got out, and lay down on the ground. He got back up however, and walked to the medical car. He was ok however. 5:32 Today a horrible crash happened yet again, in the BeamNG regional series. This is the 3rd time this year we have seen a brake failure, this time claiming 20 year old, Pakraat Gupta. Gupta's car ducked down low to attempt avoiding the collision, and ended up hitting driver Svoboda Hajek, who was the first driver to have an incident like this at Imola back in May. Gupta went massively into the air, rolling up onto his roof. The car flipped back over, crashing into a tire barrier. Gupta was heard screaming over his radio in anger, claiming: "WHAT THE F*** IS UP WITH THESE F****** BRAKES?! I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. THIS IS JUST OUTRAGEOUS!!!" He was ok, however. 6:35 And now, breaking news after a tragic crash at pikes peak today, when 40 year old Cyrus Brooke was tragically killed, along with is passenger, 32 year old Kathrine Sulivan. Brooke was rounding a tight corner, when a suspected brake failure occured. The car flew off the side of the mountain, and hit a guard rail hood first, directing the car into a horrific spin. It landed hard on the road below, and slid down towards the rocks below. It then burst into flames. It is believed that Both Brooke and Sulivan were killed instantly. This tragedy has shocked the BeamNG racing world. 7:28 Yet again, another tragedy in the same day at Pikes Peak. This time involving a single driver, Ally Cooper. Cooper's car flew off of the side of the mountain, and slammed drivers side into the road below. The violent impact directed the car then into a boulder, colliding with it at blinding speeds. The worst impact however, was the final. Her car smashed into the road below, virtually crushing her car. Medical personell arrived in about 10 minutes, only to find out it was too late. Cooper was dead. R.I.P to both Rally drivers, And thanks to vehicle safety that some drivers were able to walk away.

Ok, that F2 crash was definitely a fatality. Possibly even a double fatality. And the pikes peak crashes. F2 crash fatality reasons: G-force and shock. Pikes peak crash fatality reason: G-force, shock, head injuries, leg injuries, arm injuries, blunt force trauma, and possibly burns. The driver also had a seizure. Second pikes peak crash fatality reasons: G-force, shock, head injuries, and blunt force trauma.
