Racing 100 Miles In One Day | Trans Cambrian Way Fastest Known Time Attempt
This might be the toughest challenge Rich has faced yet! The Trans Cambrian Mountain Bike Route winds 100 miles, or 166km, through the Cambrian mountains of Mid Wales from Knighton, on the border with England; to Dovey Junction, on the Irish Sea. This will be the first of Rich's challenges to be timed, as he attempts to break the fastest known time on the route. Watch now to see how he gets on!

That is insane, huge respect to Rich, I can’t imagine how hard that would be. Im usually half dead after 50km XD
I've done the Trans Cambrian. It was tough over 3 days. To do it in one day is a legendary effort!
Rich: carries 5 different ways to solve a puncture, doesn't carry any food on him. Respect.
Some of my favorite GMBN videos recently have been "How much can we make Rich and Neil suffer?" and I'm here for it!

Well done Rich. I’d never heard of this and now you’ve inspired me to do it. I took twice as long (two days) but at 65 I’m nearly twice your age. For the record I counted 111 gates to be opened and closed. If you work on your gate technique you only need to save 15 seconds per gate to break the record.
By the end of this challenge, Rich was well and truly F.KT! Good effort! :)
Taking out your own stitches and riding an epic distance completely self supported- you are super hardcore Rich!!!
