For me, the difference between a good belly dancer and a great belly dancer is the arms. Rashid's arms are like two serpents. He uses them beautifully, and it really enhances his performance. So mesmerizing.

The muscle control and grace in his movements combined with the excellent timing is just hypnotic. I've never seen anyone move quite like this before, even other belly dancers. It's really beautiful, the flow of it doesn't even seem human to me... I have a ton of respect for the work it must've taken to get this good and the sheer skill displayed here.

Seriously, I feel the same way. The energy and vibrancy in his dancing shines so much more to me and I’ve rarely seen any female dancers replicate this kind of speed and tenacity. At least not yet. Glad I discovered him 👍🏼

I am watching Rachid alexander over and over again I have honestly never seen a man perform bellydance like this before now, and I am truly, truly impressed. That was absolutely glorious.

This is magnificent!!! I was fortunate in the late 60's to see the woman at the time to be the greatest belly dancer in the Arab world in a private performance for the group I was with while I was in Cairo. She was often compared [in terms of her impact on belly dance as an art] to Dame Margot Fonteyn and her impact on Western ballet. This man moves me in a very similar way.

Watching you is like watching water flow through an endless dream. Gorgeous and flawless.
