tbh, lots of trailers these days tend to only tease big characters, like you only see a split second of them or the back of their head or something like that. i wouldnt have been surprised if the teaser trailer had been just a beautifully shot sequence of just the jets and the sharks.

The film has that uniquely "classic" Spielberg and Kaminski photography, with it's flare and movement, the anamorphic photography, and being 35mm film-graceful seems like the right word. It looks very special. A movie for the big screen in the cinema!

I had just gotten into film and I’d started to respect the process behind everything and when you came on I was like omg they did a great job casting. You’re so pretty and such a good singer and such an inspiration. I didn’t know you had a KZread channel until recently when I looked you up because I’d seen you in the hunger games and LOVED your performance and your stunning personality in the interviews I watched. You are such an inspiration Rachel. I want to be someone like you someday. Im 15 and living in Ohio and I want to go to Full Sail University in Florida to learn more about film or go to an acting school to learn about how to become someone like you. You have taught me to use my voice and spread love. I haven’t even watched that many of your videos and I won’t lie and say I’ve been a fan since forever but I have so so so much respect for you as a human being and you’re giving me strength to go though things I never thought I would and overcome past issues I’ve faced. I wanna say to you the woman to the left of me in my thumbnail, is my mother. She passed of COVID before she could see this film but she did see this trailer before she passed and thought it looked incredible. As a child she grew up on the original and raised me watching it as well. I saw the film in her honor and I wanna say how truly special it was to see this film something she would have loved and never got to see. Your performance brought me to tears several times just from the honesty and sincerity of your Maria. This film helped me through the grieving of losing my mom by feeling her spirit and proud Puerto Rican heritage living in these characters. Thanks to you for all you do sincerely a huge fan.
