They both are just so gorgeous and shows some of the cages that women are put in, lesbian or not.

This movie should have been up for an Oscar…it has to be one of the greatest love stories ever created and the performances were nothing short of amazing.

I watched this movies 6 times in one day. The scenes between all actors were intense, affectionate, complex and intriguing. I hung off every word. I felt the yearning they had for eachother. A beautiful film so grateful to have come across it.

Damn these Rachels... Is it just my gay mind or do they really have these chemistry with each other. I thought Weisz is amazing but the more I watch this movie again and again the more I fall in love with McAdams, too. It's rare to me to fancy both lesbian characters in a movie. And it's awesome. Straight people sadly never have this experience.

Yall. This movie is truly extraordinary.

This was a beautiful movie. Absolutely loved it.

It's kind of weird to think that of all the Mean Girls cast, McAdams made it the furthest.

Amanda Seyfried honestly did really well in her career considering the musical aspect; mama mia and les mis obviously

I've just seen the movie, and I found it incredible, furthermore, Disobedience is comparable to Brokeback Mountain movie because of the intensity, the plot, and where two people have a hidden affair, which no one has to know. As a Chilean, I'm so proud of Sebastian, and he can triumph abroad, so this is one of the reasons why his film "A Fantastic Woman" got Oscar winner.

One of the best movies of this year, hands down

When Weisz says she “read a lot of lesbian literature”, she is talking about a lot of scripts w/ lesbian characters. She says before this that there were two in particular, “Disobedience”, and her new film coming out later this year, “The Favorite”, both lesbian roles. I’m not sure why anyone would get angry though if she were to read lesbian literature to get to know her character(s) more... lesbian love is not like any other love, sorry, but that’s the truth.
