Racerback Sporty Tank Top DIY | Crop Top Sewing tutorial | Free sewing pattern

A somewhat basic tank top, but it's all about nuances for such "simple" tops: the straps aren't too far from the neck, the shoulders are showing off, both in the front and in the back. Feel the string pulling from the top of your head, open and relax your shoulders, breathe deeply... you got this!

    Ohhhh my goodness, that totally worked!!! Ok that was insane and I wish I could put pictures on comments, cause I just made this and it looks storebought but fits so perfectly. I started off with a non jersey fabric and that didn't go great, but the jersey fabric one turned out just like hers. Legit the best turnout, THANKS!!!

    Hi Caitlyn, I think you mean the pattern, right ? (the piece of paper) Click the link in the description to get the pattern for free. You seem to be starting with sewing, go watch some videos on basics to know, you'll feel more equipped, even just with some terms you can use in your google/ytb queries

  • @isainstitches

    @isainstitches

    Absolutely not, as straight stitches are not stretchy. (but try is on a jersey sample!) Choose between the zig zag, the stretch stitch, or the twin needles. You can also use an overlocker. Kiss!
