At what time
Bro why doesn't more people know about your channel ? You give by far the best explanations. Appreciate the time and effort you put into this for us man. Thank you! Cheers!

I agree, wholeheartedly!
Even years later, this is still helping people like myself. Thank you!
This video was three minutes of my life I will never regret. I’ve been reading the same few lines in my textbook for the past hour, and it didn’t make sense. This video made everything clear. Thank you so much!

Hi Chemistry girl! Thats awesome to hear! Keep up the good work.
Best video of racemic mixtures !! Simple and to the point!!Thank youuuuuuu!
3 Minutes of 30 minutes learning in a lecture room without even understanding a thing😂😪. Thank you so Much Sir Andrey🙏🤌👌
The reason I watched this video is that it was 10yrs old and I think people of that time will explain to me much better than today's teacher.😊
Oh my, thank you. It's two in the morning and in I've spent all my comprehension stamina the day before. This sheds light to my reading. Very helpful. Thank You!

Hi there. Thank you :) Yes, if you go on the site, it will be under organic chemistry > Stereochemistry of Molecules.. I believe video 7 and 10 is what you are looking for.
Simple and to the point. Thank you.
so since we get a net rotation = zero, that's explains why the racemic compounds are optically inactive. Thanks for those amazing videos :)

thank you for this comment :), helped me understand it more
I’m stunned, I actually get it. This overly exaggerated clear explanation is the best shit I’ve seen! Will definitely check out the other videos
You are welcome!
I seriously couldn't find better explanation then this...thank you so much!! Thumps up from India😊😊👍
Hey! Thank you. If the concentration is unequal, then the light is rotated in the direction of the enantiomer that is in greater concentration.
Sir that's actually a clear and good explanation in which I understood in just one go, Thank you sir :)
This is a good video. Thanks for the information.
really thank you .. you're explaining is amazing
Amazing! Thanks so much
now i understand! thanks sir :)
Excellent Video!
great video, great visual aids
awesome explanation
Thank you ! you are awesome man
Thank you very much sir,you explain it clearly!
thanxxx for making me understand the concept
you explained it well enough
Impressive way of teaching♡
Excellent video thank you bud
Love how you did this in 3 minutes but my professor confused me and I’m 3 and continued to confuse me for another 30 lol
Thank you! I was having such a hard time with chirality
Bro is the coach Greg of chemistry
God bless u sir❤️ love from Nigeria 😘
Hey! Thank you :) Try searching for my video on "Optical Activity and Optically Active Molecules" I think I briefly discuss plane polarized light. Let me know if you have trouble finding it.
amazing video!
you just shocked me. a low IQ student like me understanding this easily. God reallhy bless u
bro came, solved my biggest confusion , and gone
very clear explaination of racemic micture! Thank you for sharing!

Jinsha Li You're welcome! glad it helped!
thank you so much sir.....keep doing🔥
extremely clear. thanks :)
thankyou master! ☺
Thank you! 😃
That is correct. They undo what each did. This paradigm is created by polarity. You need a crack or imperfection in the reflection to grow.
Definetly helped
Sir you just saved my exam , thanks.
Good Explanation
You remind me of Billy Mays but pitching organic chemistry concepts instead of clorox haha :)
Thanks... Very helpful.. 👍👍👍
God bless your soul
Very informative and very well explained. Can you please help me with the exact concept of plane polarized light? What exactly is plane polarized light?
Good explanation
The video sound is pretty good, beyond my imagination
Beautiful 🎉🎉 tq❤
So to clarify, in a racemic mixture you need to have two different enantiomers (R and S). Can a racemic mixture consist of the same compound but with two chiral centers that have opposite rotation?
Very well explained... Sir can please explain resolution
Ah yes finally The 10 years old video that explain what you didn't understand for an hour in less than 5 min
tnx a lot
Thanks sir
excellenet u r great ;)... do u have any vidieo about "the properties of racemic mixture" and "resolution of racemic mixture"?
hahah thats great! i was always a big fan of those clorox commercials as a kid :)
so does this change how the compound physically looks?
Very helpful!!

CHRISTINE hoersten Thanks Christine!
I have a question!! In SN1 reactions, the %age racemisation depends directly on stability of carbocations, can you explain how??
So i have a question: Addition of HBr too trans-but-2-ene gives a recimic mixture, why is this ?
You have that "Cosmic Aura' in youn
If you have a compound that has a chiral centre, and UV light is shined onto it, why does it create a racemic mixture?
You are my God
wouldn't it be random though? i mean, this mixture would not rotate light, but only if , in the direction of a passing photon, there is an even ammount of "left-handed" and "right-handed" enantiomers but what if a single additional molecule is at the end of the pathway, opposite from the previous one, wouldn't that end up rotating the light so if your pathway is something like LRLRLRLRLRLRLRLRLR nothing happens, but if it's LRLRLRLRLRLRLRLRLRL the light gets polarized, as if a single L molecule existed, and all the previous alternating LR cycle ment nothing i imagine over a large volume of mixure, it wold produce light of both polarizations
