If you're watching on a phone, apologies for the black bars, had a few teething issues with the new computer. Otherwise, enjoy!

Hi Harry, you mentioned when racing in Aus you moved down a frame size, from what to what? And what was it that brought on the decision, just geometry of cannondales or an updated bike fit? Wishing you all the best for the season ahead!

ok, I am going to say it. Out of all the pros doing videos, you are absolutely the Best. A fun side.Great Cooking side a bit of handy work. you seem truly happy I feel this team suits ya best. Wishing you Luck from Sydney and I am an American/Australian Citizen Cyclist.
What a life you're living Harry! I wish I could ride bikes every day and not be chained to my desk job from nine to five in a country where it gets dark at 3 pm. Thank you for the videos! Wishing you much success this season!

I hear you on the sunlight thing, but I don't want to have to do all those watts. Nice, gradual climbs for me.

I am more than happy with the desk job riding bikes on my own term :D
You feel off my algorithm so hadn’t tuned in for a while but glad to see the vids again. EF and you are a great pairing. I will now go about my day as feeling old and vintage as I am the same age as your Vespa
Love these videos! So well put together. An honest insight into life as a pro athlete. Keep em coming fellas!

Glad you like ‘em
Thank you Harry, wishing you big success this season!!
Very cool, thanks for sharing! It would be pretty nice if there was some kind of head unit transponder for Jacob - he could mount something to read off on the dash of the Vespa to check your power output, help make sure he's in your target power range.

any old garmin will do for that, just pair it to the ANT+ signal from the PM.

@@philipk4475yeah this is what I was thinking. Particularly if Harry is using Bluetooth for all his stuff - Jacob could get it via ANT+ to remove any issues.
Love the vespa! I had a 1976 version. Careful on the oil mixture, too much will foul the plug and leave residue on the piston and ports.

@@HarrySweeny98 also, if you could tell them to bring the Palace feat back! Probably the hottest team kit ever. If they can't do the whole thing, I mean, just the helmet would be ok for me
Wish you all the best! Thanks for sharing this with us!
Very nice video looking forward to some Content around the races.
Good luck for the season with EF Harry
Another great video! Cool to see your daily life. Good luck with EF this year, wish you the best from the USA
Great video! Jacob needs a feed from your power meter/head unit on the Vespa, so when you say 300w or whatever, he can dial up or down the throttle to match your desired effort.
Man you've got to make more of these, your views to subscriber ratio is actually incredible. Epic side career cooking up for you right here! More pro's need to get on this content level.
Fantastic stuff mate best of luck for the classics. These day in the life videos are tops
Best channel on KZread! Many thanks for sharing the insights Harry. 👍
Love this vid! Super nice images from the scooter. Good luck with the season!
Watching you at Paris Roubaix right now! 100km still to go, let’s go Harry! Top ten!! 🤞🏼
Love the vids Harry! And on another note; huge kudos to Jacob for being such a good friend. Lovely blokes Cheers from Switzerland
Love it! A huge fan of EF ever since the lachlan alternative cal stuff. Found your channel last year, then you came to EF! Love the cooking stuff too… made some sweet potato gnocchi after watching your vid.
Thanks again Harry for the team cap in Murray Bridge at TDU..all the best for the season 👍💪
Very entertaining videos. Wife and I are huge EF fans. Glad to have you aboard the team. We did enjoy the cooking videos. Inspired us to eat a little better.

I’m a Harry Sweeny fan after watching your videos love the content and so glad you joined EF love the team! Good luck to you this season !
Love it. We’re back baby!!!
Yeti cooler spotted!!!! They should sponsor aswell😂
Recovery at 320, jeez. Is this the same planet? The Vespa can‘t stay white, either EF pink or some time correct team paint job from the 80s. (EF equivalent of 1989 is team Z in my eyes)
absolutely loving the aussie vibes. superb content!
Have a great season Harry and to the EF family!! 👍💥💪🚴♂️💨🤝
Good stuff, Harry. All the best for the season. Leroy (Australia)
I’m in love with your videos… keep going 🙏🏻
Thanks for the content.
Awesome stuff Harry, really enjoying the Day In The Life vids. Hi from Sunny Coast btw, the Grind misses you ;-)
Skinny P: what a mate, it's a team sport. Go well this Spring Harry!

I think we need more eshay content 🤣 top notch videos again lads👌🏼

Espectacular video. Me he muerto de risa. Sigue subiendo videos así de divertidos con tu amigo. 😂😂😂
I used to own a Vespa T5 same style in the uk.. great vid dude 😊🚴🏻👍😃Pete
Harry, forget the races, I just want a Vespa now. Thanks for the inspo!

Harry, great vid! if you need good recommendation for thermos try Stanley thermos. They hold liquids warm even in minus termperatures :)
i had a local welder make me a brace that i mounted a roller to. that way if you bump the back you dont go down. good stuff mate
best cycling youtube by far
Babe wake up, Harry just dropped a fresh video 🤌🏼
The best in the videos
Quality this pal
Just an idea. What about matching up another head unit and mount it on Vespa so he can see your power and adjust based on your plan. Fully recognize you may have done this lol
This was ace Harry
i got a tatonka thermos, that thing is the bomb! Get the kind with just the screw on top!
pretty great vlog
This is mega content lads, proper natural unlike the camera mans bike skills 🤣👌🏻

Wicked!
You realize how insane 330 recovery sounds to normal people?! 😅
Brilliant moto sessions! Whats the saddle model from Prologo on the roadie?
If Jacob is busy next time I could take over (experienced VESPA owner)
Harry - I'd love to see how your position has changed with the new TT rules and the EF setup. Detail it mate!
10 out of 10, bringing the average to 10.
your such an aussie 😅… great video
Amazing videos, love the Aussie vibe, even if it took a hell lot of work to get to sport at this level. BTW what does Jacob do? Is he also a pro cyclist?
Top Amigo
EF pink vinyl wrap the Vespa
Bring back the cooking!! Chef Harry
Nice video mate - any content in the works from tour down under?

Amazing video. Thanks for the insights :) what model of poc helmet do you use?
Great video as always except ..... that's not a "vintage" scooter 😉. It's an 'old' one yes. My 1960s Vespa GS160 and 1970s Lambretta Jet 200 were "vintage" 😁🛵🛵.
Harry bro - thank you for good emotions. But where is cooking 🧑🍳 class? I missed it so much! I cyclist too and you motivate me to cooking as well 🙏
Go for a Stanley thermos. Definitely the best
Motor pacing is cool but nobody talks about the fumes coming out of the vespa, sure there must be a way to filter the air while pacing behind the motorcycle?
Another comment.... Harry mate do you know if the current EF bidons will ever be up for sale? They are so good i want some
Can you show us how youre using your wahoo elemnt woul love to see how the pros use theirs
Harry this is so random but have you ever of the rapper lil mabu lol? Another slapper of a vid btw
Did you, or can you, have a head unit on the Vespa to mirror your data on the bicycle so you call out your target or whatever and then Jacob can guess speed easier? May be less work on you as a rider to be calling out faster slower etc. Cool video. Love them. Wish you could do more but I’d rather you be training, I can’t be selfish.
Nice ride! How's the focaccia dough though?
No cooking? What a shame... great documentation as always though!
Stanley Thermos for the win
5+ hours behind the Vespa 👍
Man i just recommend you to put a cover when you left your bike inside the car, bc is a bit dangerous to keep it uncovered.
Not your first rodeo but it may be worth rigging a computer mount on the vesta so the moto pilot can see your watts in real time and judge the throttle accordingly
Anyone have any tips to reduce cramps during cycling?
Swell bottles are the best thermos
amazing vid again. just wondering; is Jacob a friend who’s also living with you and being your ‘soigneur’ (like with going on 5h moto pacing). Like what’s his role? Does he get paid to do so?
@HarrySweeny98
5 ай бұрын
Jacob is a friend I met years and years ago in Aus who moved to Europe (doesn’t live with me). Yes he gets paid as the videographer!
Did you make coffee at altitude? Maybe reduced pressure at altitude means thermos doesn’t seal so well? Or does lower pressure just mean it’s harder to get keep water at boiling point??
Enjoy brazilian coffee 👍
How are you guys taking to each other???
So, is your race fuelling strategy now carb mix in one bottle, cold brew in the other? Just don't tip in over yourself on a climb! Also, how bad was the two-stroke exhaust in your face? (Did you give Jacob a spare head unit paired to your sensors so he could adjust speed based on your power?)
How was the air behind that Vespa? Must've felt the so called bikers high at some point😅😂
Silly question maybe but doesnt riding in the vespa fumes during efforts bother you?
I work for YETI, so if you want a good thermos hit me up!
