Thanks I just drove my first full x30 senior race at ncmp for the kra club race. Qualified 3rd and feel back. Now I know what I did wrong along with the tire pressure problem

nice video! could you do a video explaining race strategy? I mean, when to try to scape from others, when to follow someone, which corner select to overtake...? I think that would be really interesting

Some of his older videos cover that pretty well but I agree; A dedicated video to strategy from green to checkered.

More seat time helps with that. Every race is different.

question: do u just full throttle out of the corner immediately or gradually get to full throttle

How does the locked differential affect rotation? I mean, do you intentionally gently use rear rotation during breaking and acceleration if trail-braking? If so, how much is ok, in regard to maintaining tire life? And thanks for these videos! I know of no others that discuss the technical details for karting.

I don’t use the brakes to rotate the kart but I actually have a video on braking that explains it all. It’s listed on my channel

Ryan-I have hard time telling exactly when I should be going back to full throttle sometimes on turn exits. Is it fair to say you should go wide open throttle to simply make the kart squat and go straight, even if you feel it may make you slide?

I always say when the kart is pointed the direction you want to go is when you should roll into the throttle. So once you get however long enough into the corner and the kart is in the direction you want, that’s when you start your acceloration

It depends on your local karting community. The KA 100 has much more speed. Both are fun packages but if you want something with speed the KA is the way to go.
