Knowing where all the engines are and what needs to happen must be a hell of thing to maintain with a couple hundred engines in the shop at once. Best shop tour.
Wow, what an impressive operation!

Kindness is a weakness to the indecent but virtuous to the decent. The Millican family are among our most decent. Bravo sir nice work. Thank you. Stomp the loud pedal.

Just heard a news report today, probably not new news, but in Cali they're not gonna sell ICE's after 2034. As an auto-shop instructor we need to spin-up a butt-ton of new techs.
Thanks for the tour Clay, l used to strip engines apart and cylinder heads and a lot of gear boxes for a living in the UK 🇬🇧 for nearly 30 odd years. It just brought back a few memories. You do a lot of very interesting videos between races you are a star, 👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍 bless you.
Guys like Jim are the backbone of this country!🦅🇺🇸🦅

My grandpa use to do lawn maintenance at PME back when Peter owned it. Loved hearing them dyno the engines. And use to see the number 10 tide car there alot back in the 90s. We did Joe's lawn when he drove the Texas Pete and dentyne car.

Engines of all races, Yall..
I worked at PME in the 90s when Peter Guild was owner. At that time, we built motors for 7 Nascar teams. I learned from the some of the best in the business.
Clay slow down moving the camera in tight spaces, making my head swim! Wow!
I really liked this video!👏👏 I love the parts explanations and always find it fascinating how the evolution of HP and how efficient engines have become. Great job Clay!🏁🏁 #stomponthatloudpedal
Nobody but NOBODY does tours like this one man... unbelieveable ! I you hadn't brought us along, Clay, nobody would ever see this stuff so... thanks so much. JonO in Idaho
Man what a shop
Its amazing how much it changed building a engine
Great video Clay!!!!! Very interesting!!!
This is some of Your best type of content Clay. Thanks to everyone for sharing Your efforts. Best Wishes to everyone.
CLAY, Man!!..... talk about a "Class Act Shop"!!! Yes, I know there are quite a few others that are "out there" around the country... like Steve Morris, Bill Miller Engineering, Sonny's, etc, etc, etc.... but, wow... just Wow!!! Thank you So Much, Clay.. for doing this "tour" and videoing it, to share with all of us "out here". In the "world of T/F drag racing" video's.... You, Are the Reigning... Supreme World Champion... No If's, ands, or buts about it!!! Stay Safe!!
This was a lot of fun
Great to see behind the scenes of the engine builders. 👍😁
Clay might want to be careful with music in the background, don’t want you to get copyrighted, great video

Beautiful shop amazing work. It's nice to see people smiling while they work. Thank you for letting us "ride along" on the tour. Hope your runs at Charlotte continue to improve to the point of taking home a Wally. Take care, jack
That is awesome! Absolutely love seeing the behind the scenes content Clay! I'm glad you show what goes into those 3-second runs, and everyone that's a part of it.
Absolutely awesome Clay! Watching the whole team adjust and adapt from circle track to top fuel is incredible.👌 What an amazing shop!🤙
Awesome shop.
No shortcut for experience, no wonder so many race teams use that shop.
"What could possibly go wrong in 3.8 seconds?"😆
Wish I could afford to walk through there. 😂😂😂
That was pretty cool!
You Know it,s good how clean the place is and organized . cheers from Australia.
Wow , a whole bunch of cool guys. Thanks.
Thx Clay, everything you do is Awesome and great to watch. Have they ever Dynode a Top Fuel engine?
There's no comparison between steve and and this guy,,,,,,steve has been building motors since the 80s,,,,,,i really don't know this cat but been knowing Steve since the 90s,,,,,im not knocking no one,,,,,it that ive been knowing steve more than 48 years
Pretty cool
I’m guessing we know why the top brass is there. Keep grinding!
Very cool
That's one of them places you just leave a blank check when ya walk in 😂😂😂
Happy Hemi Day
Fascinating stuff Clay. I could spend a week in there ! After watching Francis of Fasterproms I fell in love with the LS blocks, and of course the early days with Cleetus, building their own. Head gasket city when racing though. That was amazing, thankyou, and all the best in your future competitions with the Parts4Plus crew. Cheers :)
Clay needs to go see Steve morris shop

Sea Sick???..... get real. I've watched this three times already.... my stomach is just fine. lol : )
If you live in the Carolina's I don't know why in the hell you would take your engine to any other machine ship but PME hell I'm going to look into shipping cost and see about getting my work done by them I just wished I lived down there!
Holy Moly, that's a lot of engines !!! What a candy shop ! Here's a question for you... Is there even a dynometer that would handle a Top Fuel car???
@Romans--bo7br
3 ай бұрын
Timbo428CJ..... Yes, there are... but you would disintegrate a T/F motor, trying to turn them!! They're made for LARGE Marine Diesels.. some of which produce As much as 7,864 HP in just One cylinder. The Largest in the world is the Wartzila RT- Flex96C.. and in its largest version, an inline 14 cylinder... it develops 109,000hp and over 5.4 Million lbs ft of torque.... at a wide open throttle speed of.. 102 rpm!! The crankshaft, alone... weighs 300 Tons!!

The loud pedal comes in to play a lot there at the engine place.
Cool..
Damn I want that TraCo and a R07
I would be in heaven in there just to have all the machinery they have to do all the things I wanna do ! you just don’t find that in the Pacific Northwest you need to be out in that area
