gotta love skaife, smart driver by reassessing the issue & correcting it. Tbh he should of got a drive through for the first touch, but that's just me.

Why don't they use like an airbag to stop the car, so using fluid dynamics they could work out at various speeds what air pressure is required. But also do it so it dumps out the air, then its released into an air reservoir and then releases it back into the original air bag but under greatly reduced return air pressure. But also the airbag holds the car when it crashes into it by being made similar to shark or Ray skin, so it hooks into the car gaps holding the car safely. But also on the pits why don't they do it so the cars are released at an angle into the pit lane, and that way it'll be safer for the pit stops and safer for the cars being released against each other in the pit. They could drive the cars down the back of each garage and then drive through into the angled area and that way the air lines will be shorter and the fuel tanks won't be out in the pitlane .

For the airbag idea, might cause less damage to the car but if it's catching the car in some way wouldn't that be even more of a sudden stop? I'd think the g-forces on the driver would be really unsafe. Great idea about the pit stops though. Surely would be much much safer than the current way.

@@James-im2ip what about giving the air bags/cushions with the surface like Ray skin, shark skin or any animal that has a similar skin structure. Oops put that in my og response lol sorry mate. But the angled pit garages would also help with stacking team cars as they be out of the pit lane, in the 'working lane' and the static lane. Must send it in, want 50 % if they take it up? Trained graphic designer and Engineering drawings when I was 16 - 18.
