Both of them speaks fluently and clear, but miss iloilo speak truthfully with a heart and genuine, she has a stage presence, certainly prepared to pluck the crown, has a capability to put impact and make diffirence,she has a light in her heart, but miss quezon city speak just for impress the judges every thing she had show off is pretencious, everything is fake. A true queen stand for hope, relentless, has a courage and burning passion a true queen radiate each every people's heart.

Kuddos Rabiya! Being Cum Laude in field of Physical Therapy is no joke. It is one of the toughest fields to conquer in field of Medicine. Thus conclude, that Rabiya undeniably has the "brains". It clearly shows that Rabiya slayed the questions being thrown to her. even though she may not sound as spontaneous as the other contender. But what made her excel more than the other is that her answer was ' To-The Point". Spontaneity and eloquence in English can be impressive most especially in pageants like this. But "Content" of the answer is always essential. Rabiya answers with " Content ", while The Runner-up up shows eloquence more than content... There's no question, Rabiya is the Winner... Congrats!

Both of them are talented, Rabiya has an accent but she was good in answering too. When it comes to face and body I would go for Rabiya, she got charming face, doesn't need make up to enhance her face but would still be beautiful

I think Rabiya sounded more authentic, sincere, and unrehearsed. MG, on the other hand, sounded so academic, mechanical, and coached. Just a rejoinder, no intention to bash.

For a first time national beauty pageant competitor, Ms. Rabiya Mateo gave an extraordinary performance so deserving of the Title. I think she has a strong chance to be in the TOP FIVE in the Miss U ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not from iloilo but I noticed her. First time ko pa lang makita si rabiya on stage I know na that she’s gonna win. I felt like she’s a real person there’s no pretentious. She’s so sweet and beautiful with the heart. Watching on television, Dami magaganda and magagaling but only Rabiya touched my heart. Winning the crown, she really deserved it!

Rabiya looks like she has practiced her answers in front the mirror several times. She was good in the final q and a . I was impressed. However, now, after winning the crown, the way she handles casual interviews, she commits grammar errors, with pauses and buckles as if rummaging for answers. When she was asked how does it feel now that she won the crown. She answered, "It hasnt sink yet." Grammatically wrong. She was asked again the same question, she answered, " It havent sunk in yet." Still grammatically wrong. Somebody must have told her that the correct past participle of Sink is Sunk. However, in her 2nd answer, she got it correctly with SuNK, but her subject verb agreement was SABLAY. Should be "it hasnt sunk in yet." She said, "I havent sunk in yet." Where is the eloquent and articulatr Rabiya that impressed us all in the final q and a?? She disappeared.

Rabiya delivered authentic answers. How she conveys her messages to the listeners & how she applied & connect them to herself. Sincerity that came out from the heart & not from the the lips only.

🍒 Ms. Rabiya had energy and passion, uniqueness, humility, and realness in her answers. She did not stammer. She did not have redundant words. She had beauty and purpose coupled with hard work and guts. She slayed the swimsuit - her hips swayed with femininity like Ms Venezuela of 2018. She phrased her final answers: they were clear, crisp, heartfelt, and impactful. She has a strong and inspirational presence. She deserves the Miss Universe crown. 🍒

I love the girl from Quezon.. She has an excellent bank of vocabulary .. I love her wisdom so natural.. Rabiya may seem to lose her vocabulary. The only edge that Rabiya has is her voice, more modulated and more emphasis. But the girl from Quezon has the proper, safe and clear wisdom.

Rabiyas answering defines her personality and character. Her personal apperance outs her passionate soul in what she's doing.

What the judges saw, we noticed it. Even on the preliminary judging Ms Gumabao was selling herself and way too sure she is on top and will win. That's I guess the reason she can not accept she is a loser. She is into sports but never exercised sportmanship... Talk fluently but lost the substance. It wasn't genuine from the heart.

Gumabao..parang nagbabasa lang ng libro na walang tuldok...dire diretso..tulad halimbawa na nagsasalita kalang na hindi nakatingin sa kausap...walang kabuhay buhay... walang connect sa tao..
