The old city hall loop has a lot of history to it and believe it or not it is still used to this day. The loop is used for 6 trains that terminate at brooklyn bridge, the trains run around this loop not stopping at it to get from the Southbound platform of brooklyn bridge to the northbound platform of brooklyn bridge.
