The Unlimited AWD Record at Buttonwillow CW13 has been reset by David Haagsma at the latest Global Time Attack event with his #R35 Nissan GT-R!
We took a closer look to understand what made his #TimeAttack build capable of breaking Can Jam's previous 2018 AWD record as well as being able to approach Will Au-Yeung's overall record set in his PZ Tuning Civic earlier that same year.

Considering the sucess Lyfe Motorsport has with their GTR in time attack the R35 is just about the best platform to use if time attack is what youre going for in the AWD class.

Cut the door to clear the front wheel well it will help on the aero cause the wheels cause 25% drag make those vent suck air out more

Such a basic build. It doesn't even have custom aero, or weight reduction. Wild how fast it is.
