This small thing is very OP for high tier tanks because their armor is thin, but when facing low tier heavy tanks, this tank will become a clown because the opponent's armor is very thick, but not always that way.

No, you can get a platoon mate with a tier VIII vehicle and use a lower tier tank yourself. It will put you into a top-tier match 😁
