R10 vs SC4 Part 2 on the range
Back for more. Will more ball flight data give either unit an advantage? I setup both launch monitors outdoors at the range for real life (albeit limited flight) range golf balls. The results might surprise you!

Great info; thank you! I'm primarily looking for an outdoor unit, and a mostly care about carry distance accuracy so the SC4 it's looking like!

Also just learned that the Garmin r10 must be level to the surface you’re hitting on to insure better accuracy and if you’re looking for true spin accuracy numbers you MUST use Titleist RCT balls.
Do you know if SC4 plans on adding spin axis in the near future?

I know the SC4 reads face angle at impact, so I am *hopeful* they will produce the algorithms and formulas to make it read fades and draws. I have an updated video coming soon, and have been working with them on my e6 simulator integration!

The screen on the far right is the Garmin app driving range.
The swing caddie app has a 1.9 out of 5 rating. That’s beyond poor for the money you’re investing in the unit

Yeah I mentioned in the first video how bad it was. But it is MUCH improved, and with the bar as low as it was, 3.5 stars will seem like 10. I’m working on a video of the SC4 and E6 sim integration.
