Public sector ആയിരുന്നു .അത് ടാറ്റാ ഏറ്റെടുത്തപ്പോൾ തന്നെ കുരുത്തം കെട്ട യൂണിയൻ മനസ്ഥിതി ഉള്ള തൊഴിലാളികൾ കരുതിക്കൂട്ടി ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് ഇപ്പോളത്തെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ. ജോലിയും ശമ്പളവും തരുന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തെ തന്നെ കുളം തോണ്ടുന്ന എല്ലാത്തിനേയും പിരിച്ചു വിടണം.സകലെണ്ണവും പട്ടിണി കിടക്കുമ്പോൾ പഠിക്കും. ഇല്ല മലയാളികൾ പഠിക്കില്ല. അവൻ ബിവറേജസിൽ പോയി കുടിച്ച് മുടിയും.

I travelled Air India on May 6th from Kochi to Delhi and on 7th from Delhi to Melbourne. Both aircraft were Boeing Dreamliner. What surprised me was air-condition of both flights were not working until it reached certain altitude after take off . Another experience that I had last month was there was no salt or pepper available with food when I travelled from Melbourne to Delhi on Air India and the cutlery was so dirty though it was given in a packet. It was shocking as it happened in business class. Not only Air India Express even Air India also seems to be in a mess .

It will take some time. Most of the planes received by them are old. Some were lying in parking without maintenance. They were running Vistara airlines without much issues. So TATA can manage the airline. Give them some more time.

The situation will remain the same unitil the Private Sector Air India shunts out the previous staff who were recruited by the Public Sector Air India.

Though it is taken over by Tata, majority of the employees are govt employees only and company is struggling to implement professionalisam in it. We have seen how empoyees opposing it and did strike in Air India express. Immediate solution is to recruit young employees and replace existing ones

Muscat to kochi..and Return..

Me and my family had booked my tickets to fly in October.Since its booked on special fare I cannot cancell the tickets because I won't get any refund.Since I saw the news two Air India domestic airline had issues happened one the airmasks came down and this incident which caught fire,my question is how can it happen only in AirIndia ?Two incidents at the same time.I haven't slept yesterday?is AirIndia owns Aircraft which is not safe to fly? I want to cancell my tickets .Is it possible for AirIndia to refund my money back

This is purely technical issue it can happen with any company. its happen with Airbus Aircraft which is more reliable aircraft.still its under investigation.other things like on time performance and customer services need to improve.but technical issues can happen with any airline.
