Deffo harder than the first. But this ine has not had the years of practice you gave the first one. Who knows a few more goes and you will be clearing it with ease. Rtype 3 next 😜

I think I prefer the 2nd game slightly over the first but they are both great. Didn't see you use it and so not sure if you know but if you hold down the beam charge for longer after it is full then the bar goes orange and gives you an even bigger attack that lets you take out the end boss of level 1 in one shot.
