In Machine Learning and Statistics R Squared is a term that you will hear often. R-squared is a statistical measure used in machine learning to determine the goodness of fit of a model, it ranges between 0 and 1, where a higher value indicates a better fit. It represents the proportion of the variance in the dependent variable that is predictable from the independent variable(s). It is commonly used in linear and multiple regression analysis to provide an overall summary of the model fit. Find out more in this video!

Nice work! You deserve more than the current amount of views. Just watched statquests video which claimed that R^2 could not be less than 0 which is super wrong. Your work is right and clear for R square.
Very brief, very accurate and nicely explained. Thanks!
Beautifully explained!
Thanks. Nice and easy to understand in a quick 5 minutes.
