Usually I modify Ranveer's recipes depending on the ingredients I have during that today. I've been thinking of making this one since a long time & navratri meant I had to cook veg. Fortunately I had all the ingredients this time & followed the recipe to the T. I bet it couldn't have been more identical to the ones we have at marriage parties. My 1st spoonful & instantaneously I was transported to a marriage food plate. Absolutely nailed it mate.

I tried out the recipe, and it turned out great! Just a tweak I did was adding 2.tsp Garam masala and 1.tsp ginger garlic paste while roasting.
